Guest Writer Macquarie mercy mission WWF-Australia's Biodiversity Program Leader

WWF's Andreas Glanznig recently visited Macquarie Island on the re-supply ship Aurora Australis as part of an official Macquarie Island investigation team.

Andreas took some time out to blog his experience visiting the island, witnessing the damage that invasive species have wrought first hand.

Earth Hour logo Earth Hour results for Sydney

More than 2 million Sydney residents participated in Earth Hour on the 31st of March, resulting in an impressive 10.2% drop in energy usage across the usually glittering CBD, according to Energy Australia.
